2017-2018 Northeast State Scholarship Information

The deadline to submit the 2017-2018 Northeast State Online General Scholarship Application is Wednesday, March 1, 2017.  The Northeast State Online General Scholarship Application serves as the one application for the following programs:

·         Academic Work Scholarships 

·         Northeast State Foundation Scholarships 

·         Special Scholarship Programs

 

The 2017-2018 Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship Application will be available in March. The deadline to apply is Thursday, June 1, 2017.  Applicants must meet one of the following criteria for underrepresented populations to qualify for Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship consideration:

·         Classified as a United States Military Veteran.  Proof of veteran status must be submitted to the Office of Scholarship Programs in order to qualify under military veteran criterion.

·         Hispanic/Latino/Spanish origin, Black or African American, Asian, American Indian, Alaskan Native, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander origin as documented by the Northeast State Office of Admissions and Records.

·         Registered with the Center for Students with Disabilities at Northeast State.

 

Please note: it is possible for Tennessee Promise Scholarship recipients who apply for Northeast State Scholarships to receive additional funding to help cover book and attendance costs.  See Northeast State Scholarships and the Educational Access and Diversity Scholarship for program guidelines.
