Due to the higher chance of inclement weather, the decision has been made to move to the prom to the Cherokee High School Commons area!!
In an effort to ensure safety and the certainty that the Prom will be a lasting memory, we feel this is out best option. We are sad to make this decision but feel it is in the best interest of everyone involved. Students, please check your Canvas accounts for specific prom expectations.
- You will turn in your ticket upon entry. If you want to keep it, you can pick it back up on your way out.
- You will vote for Prom King and Queen as you enter.
- We will have several security officers working this event. For Safety reasons, students may be wanded by our security officers.
- We will have some appetizer type foods and drinks. from Big H BBQ. Please keep all food and drink inside and place all trash in the trash cans before exiting.
- You will not be able to leave the Prom and then return. So, ladies especially, may want to bring a jacket and some comfortable shoes.
- As a reminder, all prom attendees will be held to Hawkins County Board of Education's Discipline policies. We want everyone to have a wonderful time, so, let's be certain to follow all the rules.
- You will enter through the 100’s library door or the courtyard door.
